Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

All services provided by He&She Beauty Center Ltd are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided for services in the following circumstances:

Service Not Provided as Requested: If the service performed is significantly different from what was requested and discussed prior to the appointment.

Mistakes in Application: If there was a clear error in the application of services (e.g., incorrect colour, improper treatment).

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the service without any faults on our part.

If you are unhappy with your service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days to address any concerns. We may offer a complimentary rework or adjustment to resolve the issue, where possible.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full charge of the service may be applied.

5. Refund Process

Any refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Processing time for refunds may take 5 business days.

6. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages

Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used for other services within 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
